Shipping Protection provides coverage for purchases from Bartesian.com that are lost or damaged in transit, or stolen immediately after the carrier’s proof of delivery where Bartesian.com traces the transportation. For cocktails purchased via a subscription, adding Shipping Protection to an initial subscription purchase will only apply to the initial order. Recurring orders of a subscription cannot add shipping protection. For any issues with your order during shipping, please reach out to our customer service team here for available resolutions. Claims must be filed before 60 days from the date the package was marked as delivered. Shipping Protection is neither returnable nor refundable. Offer only available in the United States & Canada.
